08.05.2024 | Client Portal 5.83 Release

Analyzed Document Report Fix

This release resolved a technical issue affecting the Analyzed Document report. Users were encountering difficulties with the drop-down menu functionality, which prevented them from selecting and adding reference data to the report. We have since addressed and resolved this issue, now users can select and add the reference data.

Introduction of new instruments to support grids

This release introduced six new instrument types to adhere closer to how our clients interact with term sheets and grids daily. We have reclassified certain instruments that were previously categorized under term sheets into distinct grid formats. This adjustment aims to enhance the client experience by providing a more intuitive and tailored approach, ensuring that our tools better reflect and support your daily workflows.

08.14.2024 | Client Portal 5.85 Release

Renaming of "Tag" and "Container"

This release unformed the language in the compare metrics section of the platform. Our team removed the dated language “container” and “tag” on the compare metrics model changing it to “concept group” and “concept.” This change ensures that users encounter a cohesive and streamlined language experience across all features, ultimately improving overall user satisfaction and making the platform even more user-friendly.

'Include Details' Fix in Reports

After identifying a minor issue with the breakout of concepts into details when generating exports, we have fully resolved the issue and this feature is back to full functionality. Expected behavior when clicking 'include details' in both the reporting tools and exports
