Rewording of "Container" "Tag" and "Entity" language within reports

The goal of this release is to create a smoother and more intuitive experience for the users. By changing the wording of the language within the reports generated in Street Diligence, users can clearly identify the fields and data within those fields.

What was changed?

  • Tag β†’ Concept

  • Entity β†’ Tranche

  • Containers β†’ Concept Group

These three fields are located within the report generator page as well as the exports to Excel.

Reference Data Field Update in Reports

Prior to this release, the reference data fields in all reports varied in default columns. This allows users to compare important deal-specific pieces of information and have a starting point of reference on each report downloaded on the platform.

Users now will see the following reference data fields included in each report:

  • Deal Name

  • Issuer Name

  • Offering Date

  • Maturity Date

  • Description

  • SD ID

04.16.2024 | Client Portal 5.68 Release

Normalized Value Sort Column in Navigator

Each basket or concept that contains a corresponding normalized value can be added in as a column in our Navigator tool. These values are dependent upon the reference data (EBITDA, Total Leverage, etc.) fields for a given deal. Without these values, the normalized values, in turn, will not populate. Given the values are present, the normalized values will populate and can be pulled in for further analysis.

By clicking on the normalized value column in Navigator, users can sort either by smallest or largest values. With this feature, users can easily analyze their data based on the normalized value, saving time by manually inputting the formulas themselves in Excel.
