Street Diligence's Credit Consortium

What is Street Diligence's Consortium? How do I access the Consortium database?

Updated over a year ago

Our credit consortium database is a pool of aggregated, anonymized private loan data. This consists of thousands of private loans that empower Street Diligence users to benchmark against the latest market trends, negotiate better deals and gain exposure to new terms and conditions. With unprecedented access to more than 1 million private market data points, firms can make informed decisions and decrease risk through competitive analysis. Credit consortium members include many of the top Direct Lenders, Investment Firms, Law Firms, and Commercial Banks.

Subscribers of the credit consortium will be able to utilize this data to their advantage in several ways on the credit platform. First, you will see the consortium data come to fruition in the Instrument Score Analysis within the document summary.

This number will show you where your deal ("This Document" score) stands in relation to the average score for similar documents within the consortium database.

The second place you can pull in the consortium data is within the Drill-In Analysis tool in the Street Diligence platform to compare where your deal terms lie.

Utilize the filter options on the platform to benchmark prospective and current deal terms against the consortium data, your private loan portfolio, as well as public comps.

Note: If either N/A or greyed out "Consortium" appears for the features above, this means your company has not subscribed to the consortium. Please contact sales@streetdiligence.com for inquiries.
