There are a number of features within the Submission screen of the platform that you can use to your benefit.
Download original PDF files as a ZIP
By clicking on Actions β Download Submission PDF(s) as ZIP, you can select a time frame from this (or last) week, month, quarter, or year, and save the files to your local computer in a ZIP folder. This will download all submitted documents in the selected timeframe.
View and filter through uploads
Not only can you view all company-uploaded documents, but you can also switch over to the My Submissions tab to easily view the documents you have personally submitted. View the status of any document, including the reason for cancelation where applicable, in the last column on this page.
By selecting the filter icon in each column, you can further filter through the uploaded documents. Search by file name, deal name, folder name, document type, submitter, submission date, or status of the documents.
Review submission properties
To review all submission properties, click on the ellipses next to the uploaded file. This will include the following:
Status - Where your document sits in the processing queue. This will either read as "Processing," "Complete," "Public," or "Canceled."
Submitter - User who originally uploaded the file.
Submission Date - Date of file upload.
File Name - Full name of the uploaded file at submission.
Folder Name - Name of the folder (if applicable) where the submitted document was uploaded.

Standard options here are 1st (Senior) Lien, 2nd (Junior) Lien, Unitranche, Mezzanine or Other should the first selection be "Credit Agreement." Users have the ability to change this in the submission properties.
Primary or Amend - Indication of the nature of the document being the primary, restatement, amendment, or related document. Can also be changed within the submission properties.
Linked Agreements - Linked agreements will show up when the status is "Complete." This will take you to the instrument where the document lies.
Agreement Details - Select an agreement in the Linked Agreements section to see Agreement Details. Once selected, the reference data will populate here.
