New Document Types
We have added new document types for users who have purchased our Commercial Mortgage product. These include:
Loan Agreements
Bridge Loan Agreements
JV Agreements
Property Management Agreements
Deal Name Column
We have added a new Default Column throughout the platform. The Deal Name will now be visible and part of the default view when visiting the Navigator, Portfolio, and Submissions pages.
Chat Window Enhancement
We have added an enhancement to the Chat Window on the platform. When clicking on the chat button within the line item on the Submission page, there is now additional identifying data in the chat when a user initiates a conversation with the Client Success team.
