The language comparison tool is used to cross-reference the working and phrases of specific terms between selected documents. After selecting a set of documents to compare the language against, you will be prompted to select the following:
Base Agreement
Entity Type
Container (facility the term is captured in)
Tag (specific term captured within the document)
Once applied, a split-screen view will load showing the language between documents for the selected term with the base document on the left and the comparing documents on the right. With red-line functionality, you will see anything in red was not present in the nase document, anything added will be in green and anything in black exists in the base and comparing document. Easily switch between terms by using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (Fig. 9.1).
