In the document analysis, if you see any key terms that are blank, this can mean one of two things -
The concept does not exist in the document
The concept or term was added to the platform after the document was uploaded onto the platform
When the concept does not exist, you will see an [x] where the value should be. By hovering the mouse over this [x], it will display "Does not exist". This allows the end user to get a quick gap analysis on terms that were not present or agreed upon among your documents.
In some cases, a new concept can be added to the platform after a document has been uploaded and processed. On these rare occasions, you will see a grey dot [β’] next to the term where the value would lie. When hovering over this, it will display "Not processed". This can happen if Street Diligence has released a new tag package and has not discussed backfilling your company documents. If you find a number of tags that contain these blanks within your document's analysis, please reach out to support@streetdiligence.com.
