Street Diligence currently supports PDF uploads only. Following these guidelines will help avoid issues that could delay processing times and ensure a smooth experience.

What to Do (Do's):

  1. Readable PDFs:

    • Submit readable, high-quality PDF documents. Refer to this list of accepted document types for guidance.

  2. Consistent Page Orientation:

    • Ensure all pages are oriented the same way. This helps streamline processing and improves accuracy.

  3. Amendments in Order:

    • When submitting amendments, include them in the order of execution. This enables the system to automatically track and highlight changes across amendments.

What to Avoid (Don'ts):

  1. Scanned Pages:

    • If scanned pages are detected, we will notify you and request a new version of the document.

  2. Missing Pages:

    • Ensure all pages of the document are included. Incomplete documents will require resubmission.

  3. Amendments Without Original Documents:

    • Do not submit amendments without the original credit agreement or precedent documents. These are necessary for proper processing.

  4. Watermarked Documents:

    • Documents with watermarks are not supported. Please ensure your PDFs are clean.

  5. Password-Protected Documents:

    • Password-protected files cannot be processed. Remove any password protection before uploading.

Additional Tips:
